Resident Tutors

Resident Tutors (RTs) are postgraduate students selected to assume the responsibility of floor leaders to provide care and guidance to resident students, and to ensure a positive living and learning environment in the College. They will work with resident assistants (RAs) to help resident students socially and academically through activities and programs. They play a critical role in building a robust residential college life at CKLC.

Resident Assistants

Resident Assistants (RAs) are selected from among the College undergraduate students to take care of residents on a given floor. RA’s job is to assist his or her floor residents when needed and to help develop a strong sense of community. They organize floor activities and stay attentive to safety and security issues on the floor. They are expected to be visible in the College, to serve as a positive role model, and to assume a variety of functions as dictated by the changing needs of the floor residents. They support the mission of the College, inspire residents to be active participants, and act as a liaison between residents and the College Administration.
